They manufacture in Seville and sell with no middlemen.

Surybaños is a Seville company that manufactures bathroom furniture and sells it direct from the factory, with free delivery to mainland Spain. Alongside the furniture it supplies taps, shower trays, shower screens and accessories, and it also serves trade professionals. The snag is the catalogue: every piece of furniture varies by width, colour, mirror and tall unit, so there is no flat listing that can be compared. We designed and built its shop on WordPress and WooCommerce with a custom theme, organised by family, style, size and colour, and with the SEO worked in from the ground up. They run it themselves from the back end.

The brief

Surybaños manufactures bathroom furniture and sells it direct from the factory, with free delivery to mainland Spain. Its catalogue is broad and highly variable: every cabinet varies in width, colour, mirror and tall unit. In a flat listing, that ends up as long pages that are hard to compare. The brief was an online shop that would organise that catalogue, load fast and be manageable without depending on anyone. Hüan, our design and web branch, took on the design, the development and the SEO.

The system

We started from the Surybaños logo, a blue bathtub, and built the site on its two blues. The light one goes on categories, search, contact and the delivery notice. The deep one carries the banners, the buy buttons and the basket. The rest is white and dark grey, with Inter as the main typeface. The navigation is spread across three layers: at the top, search, the customer service phone number and free delivery to mainland Spain. In the category menu, the furniture is sorted by style, fitting and size. A fixed side rail carries one icon per family. In the listings you filter by width, from 60 to 120 cm, and by colour.

Buying

The home page does not end at the hero: it carries on with a section for each product family. Bathroom furniture opens with a cut-out unit and size chips from 60 to 120 cm. Taps combines a soft gradient with five compact cards. The cards show a price range including VAT, colour swatches and a blue options button. The basket records the chosen variations, such as size, colour, mirror and tall unit. It accepts coupons and lets you pay with PayPal or in three instalments. The three steps, basket, checkout and order complete, sit on a blue banner. A fixed chat in the corner stays with you the whole way through.

Under the bonnet

The shop runs on WordPress and WooCommerce with a custom theme. The Surybaños team adds products, variations and offers from the dashboard, without touching code. The SEO was worked in from the ground up: load speed, clean URLs, keywords and optimised images. Each family, furniture, shower trays, shower screens, taps, accessories and offers, has its own URL. The size filters are linked from the menu with their own addresses. The header of each section repeats the same pattern: a large title, a short text and products in view. We delivered a shop they manage themselves, and it is still live at surybanos.es.
